ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF THE BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE MEETS WITH THE NEWLY APPOINTED HEAD OF THE OSCE MISSION TO BIH
11.09.2017. 14:16At this meeting, the issues of the current and future cooperation between the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina were discussed. Acting Chief Prosecutor Tadić informed the Ambassador Berton about the work of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the results achieved so far in prosecuting the criminal cases of war crimes, organized crime, terrorism and other criminal offences falling within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
As OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina has been involved in the activities aimed at strengthening the rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Acting Chief Prosecutor extended her appreciation for the activities carried out so far and the support provided to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in strengthening the rule of law, and she expressed her belief that such a good cooperation would continue in future.
Since its inception in 2003, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has had good and intensive cooperation with the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina in the process of strengthening the rule of law and justice reform.
