PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH AND SIPA CONDUCT ACTIVITIES AIMED AT PROSECUTION OF BIH CITIZENS DEPARTING TO FOREIGN BATTLEFIELDS
30.03.2017. 14:56As instructed by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and pursuant to the order the Court of BiH, police officers of SIPA are undertaking investigative activities in the northwestern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina and searching facilities used by a person all related to the criminal offense under Article 162b of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Unlawful Establishing and Joining Foreign Paramilitary or Parapolice Formations).
Activities are undertaken in relation to prosecution of a BiH citizen who is suspected of involvement in a foreign battlefield in Ukraine.
In the interest of the investigation the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and partner institutions cannot provide more details or information at this point.
