INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALMIR OKIĆ (1977) FOR IMPERMISSIBLE USE OF COPYRIGHTS
17.02.2017. 15:24The accused is charged with having, during 2015 and 2016, copied and put into circulation a number of copyrights in a print shop in Tuzla contrary to the Law on Copyright and Related Rights in BiH, and without permission of the author, the publisher and the legal entity as copyright owner, representative and authorized distributor for Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The accused copied textbooks and works on specific expert areas and then sold them to customers in the print shop, thus obtaining unlawful property gain and causing damages to a legal entity.
The accused is charged with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243 (1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH.
