PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH RECEIVED A DECISION OF THE DEPUTY MINISTER OF SECURITY, WHEREBY SIPA DIRECTOR IS DENIED THE RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF THE DATA WITH A DEGREE OF SECRECY
22.07.2014. 15:03In accordance with the law and pursuant to the aforementioned Decision of the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, all future correspondence of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina pertinent to the access to secret data classified until the degree of “Top Secret”, including the degree of “Top Secret”, will be conducted only with the Deputy Director of SIPA, Mr. Đuro Knežević.
The Prosecutor’ Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina is obliged to act in this manner in order to avoid violation of the law by Prosecutors and authorized official persons employed in the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
