- Petko Tešić (1957) from Bratunac, citizen of BiH.
The Indictment alleges that, in the morning of the 3rd of January 2014, these suspects avoided the measures of customs control when they transported cattle in a wooden boat across the customs line- the Drina River, in the territory of Bratunac Municipality, from the Republic of Serbia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, outside of the border crossing and without appropriate authorization, namely without a permit from the Veterinary Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is in violation of the valid legal provisions regulating the conditions of import and transport of live animals, products and food of animal origin, medications, stock-cattle feed and waste in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
These accused persons are charged, as co-perpetrators, with moving across the customs line and without appropriate approval goods the import of which demands special approval or approval of an authorized body, thus avoiding measures of customs control, whereby they committed the criminal offense of Smuggling of Goods, as referred to in Article 214, Paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in conjunction with Article 29 of the same Code.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
