CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH VISITED THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF HERZEGOVINA - NERETVA CANTON
26.02.2014. 15:00The Prosecutors have discussed the activities undertaken in the fight against crime and in establishing the rule of law. The Chief Prosecutor Salihović informed the Chief Prosecutor Mehmedbašić about the activities of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH on creating joint teams with ITA modeled on USKOK from the Republic of Croatia. They discussed cooperation of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the HNC Prosecutor’s Office at the meeting held in Mostar, as well as the joint efforts that these institutions invested, each within its own jurisdiction, to establish the rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Chief Prosecutor Salihović has also discussed cooperation of judicial institutions with the President of the Cantonal Court in Mostar - Mladen Jurišić and the President of the Municipal Court in Mostar - Marin Zadrić. Good cooperation of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, HNC Prosecutor’s Office and other judicial institutions in the HNC will continue in the future.
