EXHUMATION CARRIED OUT IN BUGOJNO AREA. INCOMPLETE MORTAL REMAINS OF SEVERAL PERSONS UNEARTHED
29.11.2013. 15:24An exhumation was carried out at the location of Čipuljići in Bugojno municipality under the supervision of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
Incomplete remains of at least two persons were unearthed.
The recovered remains shall be transported to mortuary “in Memoriam” in Travnik for further activities related to DNA profiling and identification.
The exhumation process was supervised by a Legal Officer of the Special Department for War crimes within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH and attended by representatives of the BiH Institute for Missing Persons, a forensic pathologist and Police Officers of CBC MoI.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH, along with other institutions involved in the process of tracing the missing in BiH, continues its activities in the process of tracing and exhuming the remains of the missing in all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
