THE ACCUSED MIRELA RAMDEDOVIĆ (1975) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT
08.11.2013. 14:27By virtue of signing the plea agreement the accused fully admitted committing the criminal offense she was charged with by the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH of November 5, 2013.
Pursuant to the Agreement, Prosecutor and the accused agree that the accused Mirela Ramdedović be rendered a suspended imprisonment sentence in duration of eight (8) months by the Court of BiH that shall not be executed providing that the accused does not commit another criminal offense within the next (2) two years.
The proposed sentence is in line with the role of the accused in commission of the criminal offense, as well as the fact that the accused has fully paid the customs duties in the amount of BAM 48.435 the payment of which she evaded during the import of the goods and for which she was charged by the indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH.
With this agreement the accused confirms that she is aware of the content of the plea agreement. She also confirms that the plea statement was given voluntarily, knowingly and with full understanding and undertakes to reimburse the costs of the criminal proceedings in the amount that may eventually be determined by the Court of BiH.
Pursuant to this agreement the accused has waived her right to a trial and the right to appeal the criminal sanction that shall be rendered to her by the Court of BiH.
The agreement was submitted to the Court of BiH.
