INDICTMENT AGAINST ISSUED AGAINST ŽELJKO ZORIĆ (1985)
04.11.2013. 15:31The indictment charges Željko Zorić to have on September 16, 2013 at the border crossing Velika Kladuša between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia on exit from Bosnia and Herzegovina, while driving a "Mercedes" truck and "Vapp" trailer with BiH license plates, offered a Border Police Officer from the Field Office Northwest Velika Kladuša an amount of BAM 20.00 to enable him to leave BiH, because contrary to the provisions of the Law on international and inter-entity road transport (Official Gazette of BiH No. 1/02 and 14/03) and contrary to the Regulations on the conditions and procedures for granting licenses for international road transport of passengers, cargo and hazardous materials he did not have a driver's card which is a mandatory document for international road transport.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
