EXHUMATION OF A BODY OF ONE PERSON MISSING FROM THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN KLJUČ
30.10.2013. 15:15At this site, complete mortal remains of one female person were exhumed.
The mortal remains found on this site will be transported to the Public Utilities Enterprise of City Cemeteries in Banja Luka, for autopsy, DNA sampling and identification.
This exhumation was attended by representatives of the BiH Missing Persons Institute, representatives of the Ključ Police Station, an expert forensic pathologist and an Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.
The exhumation was supervised by the Investigator of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, who coordinated the work of police, forensic and other authorized officers carrying out the exhumation process, in accordance with the instructions given by the Prosecutor.
The Prosecutor's Office of BiH, along with the institutions involved in the process of tracing missing persons in BiH, continues its activities in the process of conducting exhumations and tracing missing persons in all parts of BiH.
This announcement does not prejudice the outcome of the criminal proceedings and does not violate the principle of the presumption of innocence. A person shall be considered innocent of a crime until guilt has been established by a final verdict (Article 3, paragraph 1 of the CPC BiH).
