PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH SENT AN ORDER TO THE STATE INVESTIGATION AND PROTECTION AGENCY TO SUMMON AND QUESTION FBIH MINISTER OF JUSTICE
29.10.2013. 15:09The suspect will be summoned for questioning on the activities pertaining to the obstruction of justice and abuse of office or official authority.
Activities conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and SIPA pertain to the investigation into obstruction of justice and unlawful relocation of a protected witness from one penal and correctional institution to another. The relocated protected witness should by no means be placed in another penal and correctional institution because it poses a threat to his life and personal safety.
The aforementioned person is a protected witness in one of the most extensive cases of organized crime.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and SIPA conduct an investigation to determine who ordered this person’s relocation and for what reasons he/she did so, although all subjects involved in the process are well aware that the aforementioned protected witness, who had already received threats to his life and personal safety, must not, under any circumstances, be brought to that prison facility.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and law enforcement agencies in our country continue fighting resolutely against organized crime and corruption.
