INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST EMIR GRAHIĆ (1983)
03.10.2013. 15:04Prosecutor of the Department III of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has issued an Indictment against Emir Grahić, born on 04 November 1983 in Zenica, where he resides, citizen of BiH, charged with the commission of the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights, as referred to in Article 243, paragraph 1 of the BiH CC.
The Indictment charges Emir Grahić with multiplying and putting into circulation photocopies of textbooks and books of various authors for a longer period of time until 30 November 2011, in the Nacional d.o.o. /Ltd/ photocopying shop in Zenica, without the authorization of the author or other holder of copyright, which is in contravention to the Law on Copyrights and Related Rights („Official Gazette of BiH“, No. 63/10).
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
