The indictment was issued against the following persons:

- M. Č. (1977) from Žepće, BiH citizen,

- A.H. (1982) from Zenica, BiH citizen

-  E.I. (1977) from Zenica, BiH citizen

- N.K. (1976) from Zenica, BiH citizen,

- H.S. (1959) from Zenica, BiH citizen and

- H.M. (1981) from Tuzla, BiH citizen.

The accused are charged to have become members of an organized criminal group that had continuously operated in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia and Albania starting from the beginning of 2012 up to March 2013 with the aim of obtaining unlawful gain through  commission of criminal offenses related with illicit international purchase, sale, shipping, interceding and delivery of narcotic drug Marijuana, which was declared narcotic drugs by applicable legal regulations.

As alleged in the indictment, the accused have, on several occasions during 2012 and 2013, organized and carried out smuggling of large quantities of marijuana - usually in amounts of about 25 kg.

This organized criminal group was discovered and prevented in its actions in a joint operation of police agencies which included cooperation between the judicial and police agencies of several states.

One group of suspects was arrested in Dusina- near Zenica in March this year, when conflict broke out between the perpetrators and when one person was wounded in gunfire.

The accused are charged with having committed the following criminal offenses:

- M.Č. - Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 3 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Murder under Article 166, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph d) of the CC FBiH in conjunction with Article 28 (Attempt) of the CC FBiH, all in conjunction with Articles 53 and 54 of the CC BiH.

- A.H. - Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Provoking General Danger under Article 323 Paragraph 1 of the CC FBiH, all in conjunction with Articles 53 and 54 of the CC BiH;

-  E.I. - Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Provoking General Danger under Article 323, Paragraph 1 of the CC FBiH, all in conjunction with Articles 53 and 54 of the CC BiH;

-  N.K. - Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, all in conjunction with Article 54 of the CC BiH.

- H.S. - Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 4 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

- H.M. - Organized Crime under Article 250, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Murder under Article 166, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph d) of the CC FBiH in conjunction with Article 28 (Attempt) of the CC FBiH, all in conjunction with Articles 53 and 54 of the CC BiH.

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
