A meeting, attended by the delegation of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH composed of the Chief Prosecutor - Goran Salihović, Deputy Chief Prosecutor and Head of the Special Department for War Crimes - Vesna Budimir, Deputy Chief Prosecutor - Dragan Čorlija and Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes - Ibro Bulić, was held n the premises of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH.

The delegation of the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia was headed by Milan Petrović, who was appointed liaison officer between the two prosecutor's offices.

The liaison officer appointed on behalf of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH is the Head of the Special Department for War Crimes - Prosecutor Vesna Budimir.

Cooperation and implementation of the Protocol on cooperation between the two prosecutor's offices in the prosecution of war crimes, signed in Brussels two months ago,  as well as specific actions to be taken following its entry into force were discussed at the meeting with colleagues from the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia.

Among other things, a number of concrete cases were discussed, including the "Tuzla convoy" and transfer of evidence in this case in order to have it processed in BiH. A response from the Office of the War Crimes Prosecutor of the Republic of Serbia regarding the case against Samir Hondo was requested, in order to seek extradition in this case and possible prosecution in BiH.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH expressed its willingness to cooperate and assist colleagues from Serbia in cases to which the recently signed protocol can be applied.
