INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MIDHAT ĆEJVANOVIĆ (1960)
14.11.2012. 15:13Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Midhat ĆEJVANOVIĆ - born on May 5, 1960 in Tuzla, where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.
The indictment charges Midhat ĆEJVANOVIĆ to have, on December 14, 2011 in his office building in Tuzla, kept 1289 pieces of pirated sound and image carries (614 CDs and 675 DVDs) for distribution, without permission of the author, other copyright holder or a person authorized to give approval and well aware that those were illegal copies made in violation of applicable legal provisions of the copyright laws.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
