INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST ALEKSANDAR VUČIČEVIĆ (1976)
31.08.2012. 15:02The indictment charges Aleksandar VUČIČEVIĆ to have, as an owner of a copy shop in Pale, reproduced copyrighted works: books and textbooks made by various artists and stored on computer hard drive, without permission of the author or other copyright holder, or a person authorized to give approval, and to have also made copies of books and textbooks, contrary to Article 20, Paragraph 2 of the Law on Copyright and Related Rights ("Official Gazette of BiH " no. 63/10).
As alleged in the indictment, during the search of his office building on November 30, 2011 equipment used for unauthorized reproduction, as well as textbooks and books – copyrighted works of various authors were found and seized.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
