TWO INDICTMENT INDICTMENTS ISSUED FOR TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE
18.06.2012. 15:38The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons charging them with the criminal offense of Tampering With Evidence.
Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against the following persons:
- T.B. (1962), residing in Mostar, BiH citizen, and
- M.Z. (1960), residing in Kreševo, citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia.
The indictment charges the accused T.B. with having committed the criminal offense of Tampering With Evidence under Article 236, Paragraph 2 of the CC BiH, while the accused M.Z. is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Tampering With Evidence under Article236, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
