INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST B.M. (1961) FROM DUBROVNIK
07.06.2012. 15:26Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against B.M., charged with the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products in violation of Article 210a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against B.M. (1961) from Dubrovnik, citizen of the Republic of Croatia.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
