INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR ILLICIT TRAFFICKING IN NARCOTIC DRUGS
30.05.2012. 15:19Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against three persons charged with illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs.
Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against the following persons:
R.S. (1979), B.S. (1979) and B.R. (1967). All of these accused persons are from Prnjavor and are citizens of BiH.
These accused persons are charged with the commission of an illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs under Article 195(2), in conjunction with Article 53 (Concurrence of Criminal Offenses) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Indictment has been forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
