MOTION FOR CUSTODY AND IMPOSURE OF PROHIBITING MEASURES FOR PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY IN THE REGIONAL OPERATION CODENAMED

18.04.2013. 10:13 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody and imposure of prohibiting measured on several suspects who were detained on April 12, 2013 in the regional police operation "šetač" /walker/, conducted in several towns in Bosnia and Herzegovina, during the course of which one person was also deprived of liberty in the Republic of Serbia.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SAŠA RADOŠEVIĆ (1975)

16.04.2013. 15:19 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Saša RADOŠEVIĆ charging him with the criminal offense of Tax Evasion or Fraud under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

CVJETKO MIŠIĆ (1987) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

16.04.2013. 15:16 The accused Cvjetko MIŠIĆ AKA „Cvele“ or „Cekija“ – born on November 30, 1987 in Tuzla, residing in Pelagićevo, BiH citizen - charged with the criminal offense of Smuggling of People under Article 189, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH in conjunction with Article 29 of the CC BiH, concluded a plea agreement.

THE ACCUSED HASAN HUŠIDIĆ (1965) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT

CUSTODY MOTION FOR TWO PERSONS AND A MOTION FOR IMPOSURE OF PROHIBITING MEASURES ON ONE PERSON FILED

12.04.2013. 15:05 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand two persons in custody and to impose prohibiting measures on one person, all suspected of several crimes, including: organized crime under Article 250 of the CC BiH, the criminal offense of Organized Crime  under Article 383a of the Criminal Code of RS in conjunction with First Degree Murder under Article 149 of the CC RS, the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 383a of the CC RS in conjunction with the criminal offense of Aggravated Robbery under Article 233 of the CC RS.
