INDICTMENT ISSUED FOR WAR CRIME COMMITTED IN GORAŽDE AREA

08.03.2019. 12:18 Having questioned the suspects, the Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organised Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina in charge of the case will put forward a Motion with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, seeking that custody be ordered against six (6) persons who were deprived of liberty in the course of the action codenamed ‘Retro’.

PERSON ACCUSED OF SMUGGLING OF ILLEGAL MIGRANTS IN CASE CODENAMED ‘CENTER’ ENTERS INTO PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING HIS GUILT

05.03.2019. 14:32 After the Prosecutor from the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption has issued an Indictment in this case, the accused person has signed a Plea Agreement admitting his guilt. The sentence of imprisonment has been proposed as a principal punishment, together with a fine as an accessory punishment.
