Press release -COURT OF BIH PARTIALLY CONFIRMS THE AMENDED INDICTMENT OF THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH

18.09.2026. 13:00 On 14 September 2026, the Court of BiH, with its decision, partially confirmed the amended indictment of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH against Drago Vujanić, Milan Ivanić, Mile Došenović, Jugoslav Rodić, Milorad Bilbija and Simo Simetić, for the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity under Article 172 of the Criminal Code of BiH, committed in the area of Sanski Most during 1992. Two counts of the indictment against four defendants were dismissed by the same decision, which became final because the Acting Prosecutor did not appeal the dismissed part of the indictment.

18.09.2026. 11:23 A meeting was held at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, where Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić met with the Director of the EUPA4BiH project, Hans van den Berg, and his associates. 

CHIEF PROSECUTOR MET WITH REPRESENTATIVES OF THE OSCE CHAIRPERSON-IN-OFFICE ON COMBATING INTOLERANCE AND DISCRIMINATION

17.09.2026. 12:58 The Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, Milanko Kajganić, met with the Personal Representatives of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on combating intolerance and discrimination, who are currently visiting Bosnia and Herzegovina. The representatives - Rabbi Andrew Baker, Ambassador Evren Dağdelen Akgün and Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Palaver—focus on combating antisemitism, combating intolerance and discrimination against Muslims, and combating racism, xenophobia, and discrimination (including issues regarding intolerance and discrimination against Christians and members of other religions).
