GORDANA TADIĆ, ACTING CHIEF PROSECUTOR OF BIH PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE MEETS OFFICIALS OF OSCE MISSION TO BIH AND UNITED KINGDOM EMBASSY
18.09.2017. 15:04Ms. Gordana Tadić, Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Mr. Izet Odobašić, Deputy Head of Special Department for War Crimes, met with the officials of the OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina and Embassy of the United Kingdom in our country.
At this meeting, the issues of prosecution of war crimes cases, application and implementation of the recommendations from the Report of the Judge Joanna Korner related to the improvement of the prosecution of cases, and the activities on the development of the Proposal for Amendments to the National War Crimes Strategy were discussed.
The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Embassy of the United Kingdom to Bosnia and Herzegovina have provided significant support to the establishment of the rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to our efforts in the prosecution of war crimes cases so far, and the modalities for providing concrete assistance and support in the period to follow were also discussed at the meeting.
