The suspects Mile Kušić, Ilija Vukašinović and Saša Perković are charged with forcing the illegally arrested civilians from Kramer Selo and Rakitinca to move towards the settlement of Han Stjenica and the elementary school building, and separating men from women and children on that occasion; subsequently, the women and children were illegally detained, whereas a lager number of these men were killed and their bodies have not been found yet.
