INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST HODAJ ŠPEJTIM (1980)

13.06.2012. 15:21 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against HODAJ Špejtim charging him with the criminal offense of Giving Gifts and Other Forms of Benefits under Article 218, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

12.06.2012. 15:04 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against two persons who are charged to have committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Paragraph 1, all in conjunction with Article 54 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

JOINT UNA ACTION CARRIED OUT. SEVERAL SUSPECTS OF SMUGGLING OF PERSONS DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

08.06.2012. 15:15 Pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, in cooperation with the Border Police, RS Ministry of the Interior and Police Department of the Ministry of the Interior of Tuzla Canton, a joint police and security action was carried out throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina for the purpose of prosecuting a larger number of persons suspected of smuggling of illegal emigrants.

INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST B.M. (1961) FROM DUBROVNIK

07.06.2012. 15:26 Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Indictment against B.M., charged with the criminal offense of Illicit Trade in Excise Products in violation of Article 210a of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

APPEAL TO THE FIRST-INSTANCE VERDICT ACQUITTING ZORAN MARJANOVIĆ FILED

07.06.2012. 15:24 Dissatisfied with the pronounced first- instance acquitting Verdict, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed an Appeal in the case of Zoran Marjanović, who was acquitted of the criminal offense of Crimes against Humanity in violation of Article 172, paragraph 1, items e) and i) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as read with Article 180, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina by a first-instance Verdict.
