INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST OSMAN BRKAN (1961) AND IBRO MACIĆ (1970)

06.03.2013. 15:04 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Osman BRKAN and Ibro MACIĆ, charging them with the criminal offense of War Crimes against Civilians under Article 173, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph c) in conjunction with Article 180, Paragraph 1 of the CC BiH.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST THREE PERSONS FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY

06.03.2013. 15:01 Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against three persons for the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

28.02.2013. 15:34 The Prosecutor of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH for remand in custody of a person suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offense of Trafficking in Persons under Article 186 and the criminal offense of International Procuring in Prostitution under Article 187 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

28.02.2013. 15:31 Prosecutor of Department III issued an indictment against Emir PIRALIĆ - born on January 26, 1973 in Bihać where he resides, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina - charging him with the criminal offense of Impermissible Use of Copyrights under Article 243, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of BiH.

CUSTODY MOTION FILED FOR ZORAN MILIĆ (1962)

27.02.2013. 15:41 The Prosecutor's Office of BiH filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the suspect Zoran MILIĆ (1962) into custody on grounds stipulated in Article 132, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs a), b) and d) of the CPC BiH.

THE ACCUSED ALIJA HASANOVIĆ (1974) CONCLUDED A PLEA AGREEMENT
