Upon the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the area of Vlasenica, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency deprived of liberty the following suspect: -      Predrag Marjanović, born in 1968 in Živinice, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

PERSONS SUSPECTED OF WAR CRIMES COMMITTED IN THE TERRITORY OF JAJCE DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY

Early this morning, in the area of Jajce, upon the order of a Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency deprived of liberty the Jozić brothers, namely Umrislav Jozić, born in 1963, Luka Jozić, born in 1966 and Mato Jozić, born in 1962, in Jajce, where they also reside.

INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST 15 PERSONS FOR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY COMMITTED IN THE TERRITORY OF PRIJEDOR

This Indictment is one of the most extensive indictments for war crimes committed in Prijedor, and it relates to the killing of more than 150 victims from the territory of the village of Zecovi, in 1992.

EXHUMATION OF BODIES OF MISSING PERSONS FROM THE PAST WAR CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF HADŽIĆI

At the location of Donji Hadžići, in the Municipality of Hadžići, the exhumation process that started yesterday was finalized upon the order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina and complete mortal remains of five persons were found.

The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an Appeal against the Acquitting Verdict in relation to the three persons charged with the criminal offenses of destruction of surplus weapons, whereby unlawful material gain of approximately BAM 500,000.00 was acquired.
