COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH AND FBiH TAX ADMINISTRATION SIGNED

21.04.2026. 10:54 A meeting was held at the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH between the Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić and Mr. Admir Omerbašić, who, by the authority of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, heads the Tax Administration of the FBiH. During the meeting Cooperation Agreement was signed, which will enable fast and direct cooperation between institutions in the prosecution of criminal offenses and illegalities in the tax and fiscal area.
