24.04.2024. 09:01
The aforementioned measures were mostly proposed in order to prevent obstruction of the investigation, concealing evidence or exerting influence on witnesses or accomplices, and to ensure unhindered work of the prosecutor’s office and its partner police agencies and foreign partner institutions.
The motion for custody and prohibiting measures has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a hearing is expected to be scheduled before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where the prosecutor will explain in detail and present in court the reasons for custody, as well as arguments that speak in favour of ordering custody and prohibiting measures.
