Having questioned the suspects, the Duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutors Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent a proposal to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina seeking a 30-day custody measure to be ordered in regard to a suspected citizen of the Republic of Serbia, from the area of Novi Sad.
Two suspects were discovered in the Rudo area by the officers of the Višegrad Field Office Border Police, and various types of narcotic drugs were found on them, mostly heavy narcotics, weighing about 120 grams, as well as scales for precise measurement.
The said narcotic drug was seized and its composition will be determined in an expert analysis.
A measure of custody has been proposed in relation to one of the suspects, because he would become unavailable to the judiciary of Bosnia and Herzegovina, should he be allowed to leave Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The suspects are under investigation for the criminal offence of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs, referred to in Article 195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
