ACCUSED ADNAN ALIČIĆ (1979) ENTERED INTO PLEA AGREEMENT ADMITTING GUILT
10.06.2019. 10:25The accused pleaded guilty for aiding in the commission of the criminal offence of abuse of office or authority (Article 220 of the Criminal Code of BiH) and extortion (Article 295 of the Criminal Code of F BiH).
Pursuant to the agreement, a prison sentence in the duration of 1 year and 6 months is proposed for the accused, which will not be carried out if the accused does not commit a new criminal offence within a period of three years. The items used in the commission of the criminal offence will be confiscated from the accused.
The proposed sentence is consistent with the accused’s role in the commission of the criminal offence.
By signing the agreement, the Accused has waived his right to trial as well as the right to appeal the verdict rendered by the Court of BiH based on the agreement.
The agreement was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation.
