PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH FORMS A CASE CONCERNING THE EVENTS IN VIŠEGRAD OF 10 MARCH 2019
12.03.2019. 13:06On the basis of the gathered media writing as well as submitted reports, the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH formed a case concerning the events in Višegrad of 10 March 2019 and activities related to the lineup of members of the Ravna Gora Movement.
Reports relate to the criminal offense of Provoking Ethnic, Racial and Religious Hatred, Conflicts and Intolerance under Article 145a of the Criminal Code of BiH.
The case was assigned to Department 3 of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Assigned Prosecutor shall, together with the police and security agencies, undertake measures and actions within his/her jurisdiction.
