LOCAL COMMUNITY JUDICIAL OUTREACH ROUNDTABLE HELD IN PRIJEDOR
07.09.2018. 15:26Central topics of the local community meeting pertained to the presentation of the organization, history and work of the judicial institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the local community representatives have been given an opportunity to ask questions about issues of interest for them which fall within the scope of work of judicial institutions.
Representatives of the local community, municipal administration, non-governmental organizations and associations of families of war crimes victims have had an opportunity to obtain information regarding the way to communicate with judicial institutions and the possibilities of direct cooperation with the judiciary.
Representatives of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina participate in meetings with local communities throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, aiming to bring this institution closer to the citizens in all areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The meeting with the local community in Prijedor has been organized by the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Republika Srpska, as part of the project supported by the U.S. Embassy to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
