Prosecutor of Department III within the Prosecutor's Office of BiH issued an indictment against Aldin HARBAŠ AKA „Ado“ born on March, 6, 1982 in Izačić, municipality of Bihać, BiH citizen.

The accused Aldin HARBAŠ is charged with the following: on October 2, 2009 as previously agreed in Bihać with an unidentified person from the Republic of Slovenia, motivated by greed he established telephone contacts and organized illegal transfer of an Albanian family of six from the Republic of Serbia, the Kosovo area, across the state border of Bosnia and Herzegovina into the Republic of Croatia outside of the official border crossing for the amount of 1,800 Euros even though he knew that the citizens in question did not qualify for legal crossing of state borders of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia.

The indictment alleges that HARBAŠ made an agreement with a third party where that person was to take over the illegal immigrants and take them as far as Rijeka for an agreed amount of 2000 Euros, which would be paid to him in Rijeka. The perpetrators were stopped on the aforementioned day at about 10 P.M. and prevented in their intent by authorized officers of the Border Police of BiH

The indictment was forwarded to the Court of BiH for confirmation
