REMAND IN CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR POLISH CITIZEN

The Prosecutor on call of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH has filed a motion to the Court of BiH to remand the suspect Bartlomiej Wlodzimierz Krakowiak*, born in 1995 in Warsaw, a citizen of Poland, into custody.  

Remand in custody was proposed for the reasons prescribed in Article 132, paragraph 1, items a) and c) of the CPC BiH, namely due to the risk of flight and the risk that the suspect could repeat the criminal offense or complete the one he commenced if released. He is suspected of having committed, on 28 July between 03:00 and 05:00 hrs. in the area of Međugorje, the criminal offense of Damage or Demolition of Religious Facilities under Article 145b of the Criminal Code of BiH, as well as Inciting National, Racial and Religious Hatred, Discord or Intolerance under Article 163, paragraph 2, and Causing Public Danger under Article 323, paragraph 1, of the Criminal Code of FBiH
