Overview of important activities for the week of 21 July to 25 July 2025
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued an Indictment against Abdullah Siban*, born in 2000 in Duhok, a citizen of Iraq. He is charged with having illegally attempted to transport several persons across the state border from Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Republic of Croatia, on 10 April of this year, thereby committing the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons, referred to in Article 189, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 26 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
