INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST MATIJA GRIZELJ AKA. SAVKE* FOR SMUGGLING OF PERSONS UNDER ARTICLE 189 PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE CC BIH
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Matija Grizelj AKA "Savke", born in 2005 in Mostar, a citizen of BiH and the Republic of Croatia due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons under Article 189, paragraph 1, in conjunction with Article 26 of the CC BiH.
REMAND IN CUSTODY PROPOSED FOR SUSPECT MLADEN TODOROVIĆ*
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed a motion for remand in custody of Mladen Todorović*, born in 1990 in Tuzla, a citizen of BiH. Remand in custody is proposed for the reasons described under Article 132, paragraph 1, items a) and c) of the CPC BiH.
The suspect is charged with the criminal offense of Organized Crime under Article 250 of the Criminal Code of BiH, in conjunction with the criminal offenses of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195, Money Laundering under Article 209, and Illicit Trafficking in Arms and Military Equipment and Products of Dual under Article 193 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
INDICTMENT ISSUED AGAINST SENAID MUNJAKOVIC AKA ZOKA* FOR COUNTERFEITING OF MONEY UNDER ARTICLE 205 OF THE CC BIH
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Senaid Munjaković, AKA "Zoka", born in 1987 in Velika Kladuša, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, due to grounded suspicion that he committed the criminal offense of Counterfeiting of Money under Article 205, Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2 of the CC BiH, in conjunction with Article 54 of the same Code.
