After interviewing the suspect, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina sent a motion to the Court of BiH to order prohibiting measures for the suspect, which, among other things, include the confiscation of documents, a travel ban, as well as a ban on contacting witnesses and suspects in the case and reporting three times a week to the relevant police department.
The suspect is under investigation for the criminal offence of War crimes against civilians, committed against more than a dozen victims of Serbian ethnicity in the area of the Sarajevo settlements of Hrasnica, Butmir and Sokolović Kolonija in the period between 1992 and 1995, including murders, illegal imprisonments, taking to forced labor and other forms of inhuman treatment.
