CUSTODY MOTION AGAINST SUSPECTS ARMIN ĆULUM AND OTHERS*

In the case of high-level organized crime, the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina a motion to order the suspects Armin Ćulum (1973), Alen Leon Ćulum (2000), Justin Dargel (1990), Danil Željko Katanić (2002), and Endrina Tankošić (1995) into custody.

The motion for determining the custody measure for a period of one month was proposed for the reasons provided for in Article 132 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.

The aforementioned suspects are charged with the criminal offence of organised crime under in Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offence of international human trafficking under in Article 186, the criminal offence of international enticement to prostitution under Article 187, and the criminal offence of money laundering under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
