CUSTODY MOTION AGAINST SUSPECT JASIM ABDULKADIR*
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted a motion for ordering Jasim Abdulkadir, born in 1979 in Aleppo, citizen of Syria and the Republic of Türkiye, into custody. The custody was proposed for the reasons described in Article 132 (1) (a) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The aforementioned suspect is charged with the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons set out in Article 189 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
CHIEF PROSECUTOR MEETS WITH OFFICIALS OF CHIEF INSPECTORATE OF ARMED FORCES OF BIH
The meeting discussed joint cooperation between the two institutions in strengthening the rule of law, the fight against illegal activities and the prosecution of committed crimes.
The need for cooperation in the fight against corruption, terrorism, abuses in public procurement processes, as well as compliance with the provisions of the Gender Equality Law and the prevention and sanctioning of phenomena related to inciting racial, national or religious hatred or intolerance, was emphasized.
The cooperation in prosecuting criminal offences against the armed forces, which fall within the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, was also discussed.
INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST RADENKO ZELJKOVIĆ, AKA RADE, FOR THE CRIMINAL OFFENCE ACCESSORY AFTER THE FACT SET OUT IN ARTICLE 232 (3) OF THE CC BIH AS READ WITH PARAGRAPH 1 THEREOF AND FORGERY OF DOCUMENTS SET OUT IN ARTICLE 347 (1) OF THE RS CC
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment against Radenko Zeljković, aka “Rade”, born in 1974 in Banja Luka, citizen of BiH, because there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal offence Accessory after the fact set out in Article 232 (3) of the Criminal Code of BiH as read with paragraph (1) thereof and Falsification of a document set out in Article 347 (1) of the Republika Srpska Criminal Code.
