INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST DALIBOR SAVIĆ* AND OTHERS
The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina filed an indictment in the Dalibor Savić et al. case in which the defendants are Dalibor SAVIĆ (1994), Miodrag SAVIĆ (2000), Pavle VUKIČEVIĆ (1988), citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Srećko VUKIČEVIĆ (1962), citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia, are charged that by the actions described in the indictment they committed the criminal offence of Associating for the purpose of perpetrating criminal offences under Article 249 of the Criminal Code of BiH, the criminal offence of Smuggling of persons under Article 189 of the Criminal Code of BiH and the criminal offence of Smuggling under Article 214 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
