SUSPECT IN ORGANIZED CRIME CASE EXTRADITED*
On August 30 at 12:00 pm, the judicial authorities of the Republic of Croatia handed over to the judicial authorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina Vladica Pavlović, born in 1971 in Bijeljina, a suspect in the Dušan Lovrenović et al. case, together with evidence from the Sky and Anom applications.
SUSPECT OF ORGANIZED CRIME TO BE DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY BASED ON ARREST WARRANT ISSUED AT REQUEST OF PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE OF BIH*
The police officers of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of the Interior handed over the suspect Ognjen Orašanin, aka “Oras”, to the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Court of BiH, born in 1978 in the municipality of Sokolac. The suspect is under investigation in a high-level organised crime case, with evidence from the SKY and ANOM applications, and is charged with the criminal offences of Organised crime (Article 250), Illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs (Article 195) and Money laundering (Article 209) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After he was handed over to the judicial institutions in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a hearing was scheduled for making a decision on ordering him into custody.
