The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH filed an appeal against the decision of the Court of BiH not ordering suspect Vladimir Stanimirović (1986) into custody.

The appeal was filed due to a significant violation of the criminal procedure provisions set out in Article 297 (2) of the BiH Criminal Procedure Code, as well as due to wrongly or incompletely established factual situation set out in Article 299 of the same Code. In the appeal against the decision of the Court of BiH, the Court is requested to fully consider all the facts and make a decision on ordering the suspect into custody.
