PRESS RELEASE

The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH submitted a motion the suspect Vladimir Stanimirović, born in 1986 in Doboj, citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Serbia be ordered into custody.

The custody was proposed for the reasons set out in Article 132 (1) (b) of the Criminal Code of BiH, because of the suspicion that the suspect committed the criminal offence of Imperilling security under Article 150 (2) of the Republika Srpska Criminal Code, as read with paragraph 1 thereof, and all in conjunction with Article 7 (1) (b) of the Law on the Court of BiH.
