By order of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and
Herzegovina, in an operation conducted together with the RS MoI, within the
case of high-level organized crime, Izet Beganović, Adnan Kelecija and Sadik
Kevrić were deprived of their liberty, due to the existence of grounds for
suspicion that they had committed the criminal offense of Organized Crime under
Article 250 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and in conjunction
with the criminal offense of Illicit trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article
195 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
