A group of international relations and political science students attending the international public law and European studies, together with the leader of the visit, Assistant Professor Ajna Jodanović, visited the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.
During the visit, the students were acquainted with the work and development of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office since its establishment and the beginning of work in 2003, with an overview of the work and results achieved in the past two decades of its existence.
A prosecutor from the Corruption Section of the Special Department for Organized Crime, Economic Crime and Corruption, as well as representatives from the Department for Investigations and Witness Support and the Department for Public Relations, met with the students and presented to them the internal structure and organisation of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office, the method of operation and cooperation with partner police agencies and law enforcement institutions, activities in the field of providing support to witnesses and victims, and other interesting segments falling within the scope of work of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office.
During the visit, the students had an opportunity to ask questions related to the work of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office and generally about the work of judicial institutions and law enforcement agencies.
At the end of the visit, the students were shown around the facilities where the BiH Prosecutor’s Office is located.
The student visits are implemented as part of the activities of the Communication Strategy of the BiH Prosecutor’s Office in order to strengthen cooperation with students and the academic community in BiH.
