Having received the Court’s decision, the prosecutor in charge of this case will file an appeal against the decision pursuant to which custody or prohibiting measures were not ordered in relation to some of the suspects in the case.
In the appeal, the prosecutor will explain in detail the reasons for ordering custody or prohibiting measures.
Due to several media inquiries and different connotations present in the public, we would like to note that this case is in the investigation phase and the court is currently deciding on motions for custody or prohibiting measures, and no decision or judgment are being made regarding the suspects’ accountability.
The appeal will be filed with the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the legally prescribed time limit.
