Police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, acting under the supervision of a prosecutor and on the orders of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, searched and seized items at a total of six locations in the Sarajevo area.
The activities are being carried out in the case conducted against the suspects - the suspended President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ranko Debevec, and the former Director of the Intelligence-Security Agency of BiH, Osman Mehmedagić, as part of the expansion of the investigation into several events with suspicion of corruption and other illegal activities.
The Prosecutor’s Office of BiH sent within the legal deadline a motion that the custody of the two suspects be extended by another 30 days, so that all the necessary activities could be fully carried out for the purpose of a prosecutorial decision in the case.
