IN THE CONTINUATION OF THE ‘CLUSTER’ OPERATION, SEVERAL DOZENS OF STUDENT FILES FROM THE BRČKO INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY SEIZED

Under the supervision of the case prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and under an order of the Court of BiH, police officers of the State Investigation and Protection Agency - SIPA, are seizing student files, items and evidence in the area of Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Extensive documentation is being seized from the International University of Brčko, which includes, among other things, students’ files suspected of containing evidence of illegal behaviour by the said higher education institution.

Following the completion of the operation, the seized documentation will be submitted to the BiH Prosecutor’s Office within a legal procedure.

The activities are being carried out within the case codenamed ‘Cluster’ in which the Prosecutor’s Office and partner agencies are investigating corruption practices and illegalities associated with the issuance of a large number of university diplomas for various courses at several private educational institutions in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
