A Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina issued an indictment against Tomislav Martić AKA "Tomo" and "Brajo", born in 1982 in Mostar, a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia.
The accused is charged with having, on 2 August of this year, performed illicit international transfer of the narcotic drug "Cocaine" in the amount of about half a kilogram (508.2 grams) from the Republic of Croatia into the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to obtain illegal property gain.
The accused hid the said narcotic drug in the trunk of the car he was driving, and the narcotic drug was found during search and confiscated by members of the Ministry of Interior of Republika Srpska.
The accused is charged with having committed the criminal offense of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs under Article 195 (1) of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The indictment was forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which confirmed it.
